1. initial consultation
This is where we get to meet you, see your space and learn more about what you are trying to accomplish. Tell us all about your lifestyle or brand, needs and wants, likes and dislikes. We’re here to help you realize your dreams.
A helpful tip we always tell all our clients: bring lots of inspiration images, anything you like from Instagram, Pinterest or design magazines – a picture is worth a thousand words!
2. onboarding
We’ll come back to you with a moodboard of your dream space, where you’ll see our proposal for colour palette, furniture and space planning. Please share your feedback to help us better grasp your preferences.
At this point, hopefully you’ll get a feel of us and how we work. We’ll give you a quote and you can take your time to get back to us. If everything is great, we’ll proceed with the paperwork and commence with your project.
3. KICK-OFF MEETING
We’ll go for site viewing to run through the plan for transforming your space thoroughly. This gives you the opportunity to pinpoint top priorities within the project and allows us to establish expectations for the timeline.
Then it’s time to get down to the nitty-gritty. We’ll develop your project plan together to ensure your project stays on track and within budget. Rest assured, we’ll help you determine the most effective course of action.
4. CONCEPT TO DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This is the fun part, where you begin to see your new space taking shape. We’ll present layouts, sketches, drawings, and material boards. We’ll also work with you to select furniture and accessories that complement the design.
Last but not least, we’ll show you rendered images to help you visualize the end result. You’ll then be able to sign off on the design of your space. This entire process will take about six to eight weeks, depending on your project.
5. TENDER TO CONSTRUCTION
After getting your final approval for the design, we’ll take some time to produce tender drawings and specifications to ensure that your project is getting all the attention it needs. This will take another six to eight weeks.
We’ll help you find the right contractor through tender. We’ll also coordinate and supervise their work throughout the construction period to ensure that our design intent will be translated accurately into your physical space.
6. PROJECT COMPLETION
Once the dust has settled, the paint has dried and the final piece of furniture has found its place, we’ll conduct our final inspection for quality and craftsmanship. We’ll also take some photos of the completed project.
Our ultimate goal is to make sure that you’re happy with the look and feel of your newly transformed space. We hope that we have met or even exceeded your expectations in helping to bring your vision come to life.
